The selective blurring and how you adjusted the lighting is just genius! It brings the natural beauty of the model in the foreground, makes the lines and the contrasts in her hair for example much more impactful.
One suggestion: would have probably been better to not blur her legs. Following the lines of her body inevitably leads there, and that just makes it feel a bit un-natural.
